This policy explains how HotelReservationsCenter handles your personal information when you visit the site and book a hotel.
1. What we collect
When you book: your name, email address, mobile phone number and nationality, and the booking itself (hotel, dates, rooms, guests and price). When you use the site: your IP address and browser details, which our booking supplier uses to help prevent fraud. Your card details go straight to the payment service; we never see or store them.
2. Why we use it
To make and manage your booking, send its confirmation and any changes, answer you when you contact us, keep the records the law requires and keep the site secure, and to learn which of our ads lead to bookings. We don't sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Only those needed for your booking: our booking supplier and the hotel (your name, contact details and stay), the payment service that processes your card (powered by Stripe), and the service that delivers our emails. Google receives how the site is used and, when you book after clicking one of our ads, that the click led to a booking and its value (through the Google Ads and Google Analytics tags below).
4. Cookies
Our own cookies: one that keeps your checkout to the browser that started it, a random visitor id that lets us show how many people are viewing a hotel (it is stored only in a scrambled form and never linked to you), and, when you arrive from one of our Google ads, the ad's click id for your visit, which we keep with your booking. We also use Google Ads and Google Analytics, which set their own cookies to measure visits and bookings from our ads.
5. How long we keep it
As long as needed to provide your booking and support it, and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
6. Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, or to correct or delete them, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to keep what the law requires.
