Booking terms

1. Who we are

HotelReservationsCenter is part of Alpenglow Holdings. HotelReservationsCenter is an independent online travel agency and is not affiliated with the hotels listed. We arrange your hotel booking through our booking supplier, which confirms it with the hotel. Your stay itself is provided by the hotel, under its own policies.

2. Prices

Prices are in US dollars. The total you see before you pay includes the room and the taxes and fees we collect; there is no booking fee. Some hotels charge local taxes or fees themselves: when they do, we show them separately as paid at the hotel. Incidentals such as parking, minibar or a security deposit are between you and the hotel.

3. Payment

Your card is charged the full total when you book, through our booking supplier's secure payment service (powered by Stripe). We never see or store your card details. If a booking can't be confirmed, any payment taken for it is refunded in full.

4. Your booking

A booking is confirmed when we show its confirmation number and email it to you. Check that the names, dates and guests are right: the hotel may refuse a guest who isn't on the booking or who doesn't meet its check-in rules (such as a minimum age or a photo ID and card at check-in).

5. Cancellations and changes

Each rate states its cancellation terms before you book, and again on your confirmation. A free-cancellation rate can be cancelled without charge until the time shown (in US Eastern time); after that, or for a non-refundable rate, the hotel may charge for the stay. Not showing up is charged as the hotel's policy says.

Cancel online with Find my booking, or contact us. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take a few business days to show them. To change a booking, contact us: a change depends on the hotel's availability and may change the price.

6. Responsibility

We are responsible for arranging your booking as confirmed. The hotel is responsible for your stay, its rooms, services and facilities. Hotel descriptions and photos come from our supplier and the hotel and are shown as they give them.
